Neodymium magnet

Key parts for the miniaturization and efficiency of various industrial equipment! Neodymium magnets, which possess overwhelming magnetic strength among permanent magnets.

"Neodymium magnets" are rare earth sintered magnets (anisotropic) primarily composed of iron, neodymium, and boron. After processes such as melting and grinding, the powder is refined to micron-sized particles and then compressed and molded using magnetic field pressing (molding in a magnetic field). This is followed by sintering to produce the magnet base material (in rectangular or cylindrical shapes). Next, the magnet base material is machined into dimensions such as round, square, ring, or tile shapes, and further surface treatment (typically nickel plating) is applied to create the final product. Leveraging their high performance, they are increasingly being used as key components to promote miniaturization and efficiency in devices. [Features] - The maximum energy product (BH) max can exceed 48 MGOe. - Excellent cost performance with no concerns regarding supply. - Materials with enhanced coercivity and heat resistance have been developed. - Nickel electroplating is standard for rust prevention. *Please feel free to contact us for more details.

Neodymium magnets *For those considering cost reduction.

We can provide powerful neodymium magnets at a low cost! We will give you a summary of the "Magnetic Properties Table / Demagnetization Curve Graph" as a gift.

"Neodymium magnets" are rare earth sintered magnets (anisotropic) primarily composed of iron, neodymium, and boron, and they possess overwhelming magnetic force among permanent magnets. There are general N series and progressively enhanced series such as H/SH/UH/EH that increase coercivity, allowing us to provide suitable grades based on temperature environments and usage applications. Due to their high-performance characteristics, their applications are expanding as key components for miniaturizing and improving the efficiency of devices. [Features] - Possess overwhelming magnetic force among permanent magnets (maximum energy product (BH) max) exceeding 50 MGOe) - Enable miniaturization of devices - Can be offered at a low cost - Available in heat-resistant materials with enhanced coercivity (N, H, SH, UH, EH) [Usage Records] - Various motors in FA/industrial equipment fields, sensors, home appliances - OA equipment, AV equipment, communication devices, medical devices *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

NEOFLUX Series *Magnetic Properties Table

[New Material Addition] Introducing the magnetic property table of the Neodymium Magnet NEOFLUX series!

*Mainly added NF50H and NF49SH to the lineup! Updated to the latest version! "Neodymium magnets" are rare earth sintered magnets (anisotropic) primarily composed of iron, neodymium, and boron, and they possess strong magnetic force among permanent magnets. There are series that gradually increase magnetic retention from the general N series to the H/SH/UH/EH series, allowing us to provide suitable grades depending on temperature environment and usage. This document presents a table of magnetic properties for the "NEOFLUX series."
